Who We Are
Enrich.sh is a product of Autonomous Structure Limited. References to "Enrich", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to Autonomous Structure Limited, the company that owns and operates the Enrich.sh platform, website, and related services.
What Data We Collect
Account Data: When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and payment information necessary to provide our services.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Enrich.sh dashboard, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.
Event Data (Customer Data): We process event data that you send through our ingestion API on your behalf. This data is stored in your dedicated S3-compatible bucket and is owned by you.
Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, and similar technical metadata collected automatically when you access our services.
How We Process Your Data
Enrich.sh operates as a data processor for event data you send through our API. We enrich, buffer, and deliver your data to your own storage bucket. We do not sell, share, or use your event data for any purpose other than providing our service.
Enrichment processing (geo lookup, device parsing, bot detection) happens at the edge and does not involve sharing data with third parties.
Data Storage & Isolation
Every customer receives a dedicated, isolated storage bucket. Your event data is never co-mingled with other customers' data.
Data is stored as compressed Parquet files in S3-compatible storage (Cloudflare R2). You retain full ownership and can access your data directly via standard S3 credentials.
Data Retention
Event data in your bucket is retained according to your plan's retention policy. You may delete your data at any time. Upon account termination, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion unless otherwise requested.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Enrich.sh:
- Cloudflare — Edge compute, storage (R2), and CDN
- Stripe — Payment processing
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Export your event data at any time via S3 access
- Withdraw consent and close your account
